Ryan Christopher Dill, Aggravated Sexual Abuse and Assault, Oklahoma 2021

On December 25, 2021, a heinous crime occurred in Pontotoc County, within the boundaries of the Chickasaw Nation Reservation. Ryan Christopher Dill, a 35-year-old Ada resident, sexually assaulted a victim, using force and placing her in fear of death, serious bodily injury, or kidnapping.

According to the indictment, Dill assaulted the victim, causing her serious bodily injury. The Ada Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted a thorough investigation into the matter.

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma prosecuted the case due to the defendant’s affiliation with a federally recognized Indian tribe and the location of the crime within Indian Country.

Ryan Christopher Dill, 35, of Ada, Oklahoma, entered guilty pleas to Count One: Aggravated Sexual Abuse in Indian Country and Count Three: Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury in Indian Country of the federal indictment.

The Honorable Jason A. Robertson, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted the pleas and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report. Sentencing by the United States District Judge will be scheduled following completion of the report. Dill was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal pending the imposition of sentencing.
