Connor McAuliffe, Receipt and Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material, Massachusetts 2024

EMT Connor McAuliffe, 34, from Salem, Massachusetts, has been arrested and charged with serious child pornography offenses. The charges include one count of receipt and one count of possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

The investigation, which began in South Africa, revealed that McAuliffe was an active member of a large-scale encrypted messaging group dedicated to trading CSAM. He is alleged to have been part of at least 14 different chat groups on one chat application, sharing graphic content depicting the sexual abuse of minors.

According to authorities, a forensic review of McAuliffe’s cellphone uncovered approximately 1,500 images and 50 videos of child pornography. The media files included titles like “Boys Planet” and “Boys of Eden,” with many depicting boys aged nine to 11 years old being raped or exploited.

Mcauliffe is currently employed as an EMT and holds an active paramedic certification with the Massachusetts Office of Health & Human Services. The charges carry a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison for receipt of child pornography, and up to 20 years for possession of child pornography.
