Million Dollar Bank Fraud Scheme Exposed: Sangsoo Kim Pleads Guilty

The investigation was conducted by the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily R. Dahlke leading the prosecution.
