A Randolph County man has admitted to participating in a large-scale methamphetamine distribution operation.
Sean Michael Moser, 27, of Elkins, West Virginia, plead guilty to one count of “Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine.”
The crime allegedly took place from May 1, 2013, to October 31, 2016, according to Acting United States Attorney Betsy Steinfeld Jividen.
Moser faces up to twenty years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000.
The sentence will be determined by the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, which take into account the seriousness of the offense and any prior criminal history Moser may have.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen D. Warner prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.
The Mountain Region Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force investigated the case.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael Aloi presided over the proceedings.
