Robert J. Seifert, Jr., a 65-year-old man from Troy, New York, has been indicted on a charge of abusive sexual contact at the Albany Stratton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). According to the indictment, Seifert grabbed the breast and groin of a paramedic at the medical center.
