Federal Court Arraignment in Billings: Shacheen Leigh Russell Charged with Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm

In a recent development, Shacheen Leigh Russell, 35, of Billings, Montana, appeared in federal court before U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy J. Cavan on April 4. Russell pleaded not guilty to charges of prohibited person in possession of a firearm.
