SHERIDA GRAHAM, Methamphetamine Possession, Louisiana 2025

NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – December 12, 2025

A 57-year-old St. Tammany Parish woman is facing serious charges after being indicted for possession with intent to distribute a massive amount of methamphetamine.

According to the indictment, SHERIDA GRAHAM knowingly and intentionally possessed with intent to distribute fifty (50) grams or more of methamphetamine on or about June 17, 2025, in the Eastern District of Louisiana.

The indictment alleges that GRAHAM’s actions are a violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A), which carries severe penalties.

If convicted, GRAHAM faces a minimum term of imprisonment of ten (10) years, up to a maximum term of imprisonment of life, a fine of up to $10,000,000.00, at least five (5) years of supervised release following any term of imprisonment, and a mandatory special assessment fee of $100.00.

Acting U.S. Attorney Michael M. Simpson reiterated that the indictment is merely a charging document and that the guilt of the defendant must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

The case was investigated by the Office of Homeland Security Investigations and the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office. The prosecution is being handled by Assistant United States Attorney André Jones of the Narcotics Unit.

The indictment is a stark reminder of the ongoing struggle against methamphetamine trafficking in our community. As a journalist, I will continue to shine a light on these cases and hold those responsible accountable.
