Resisting a Federal Officer Lands Man from Lower Brule in Hot Water
A disturbing incident in Lower Brule, South Dakota, has led to a serious consequence for a local man.
On February 4, 2020, officers responded to a complaint call regarding a disturbance at a residence. Shiloh Small Jumper, age 31, was present and refused to leave the scene. When officers attempted to place him under arrest, he resisted their efforts.
