St. Petersburg Man Sentenced to 5 Years and 10 Months in Prison for Cocaine Trafficking
Tampa, Florida – In a major blow to the city’s cocaine trade, Shyron Deonta Givens, 45, of St. Petersburg, has been sentenced to 5 years and 10 months in federal prison for conspiring to distribute cocaine.
Givens was one of eleven defendants charged with federal drug trafficking offenses in a multi-agency task force operation. According to the indictment, from around August 2018 and continuing through November 26, 2019, Givens and others conspired to distribute heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine.
