
Aiding and Abetting False Statement During Purchase of Firearm Conviction Rocks Martinsburg, West Virginia Community
A 29-year-old woman from Martinsburg, West Virginia, has admitted to a serious firearms charge. Taylor Dawn Marlow pleaded guilty to Aiding and Abetting False Statement During Purchase of Firearm, announced United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld.
The crime, which occurred in May 2021, involved Marlow working with another individual to illegally purchase a .380 caliber pistol from a licensed dealer in Berkeley County. The investigation, led by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives, revealed the extent of Marlow’s involvement in the fraudulent firearm purchase.
