Wehde and was investigated by the Tri-State Drug Task Force, which consists of law enforcement personnel from multiple agencies, including the Drug Enforcement Administration, Sioux City, Iowa, Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, Woodbury County Sheriff’s Office, and others.
