A 34-year-old Tampa man has been charged with attempting to entice a minor for sex in Orlando, Florida. According to the indictment, Tulio Ivan Figueroa-Carrion traveled to Orlando with the intention of engaging in sexual activity with a minor.
As part of the indictment, the United States intends to forfeit the cellphone used to commit the alleged offense. If convicted, Figueroa-Carrion faces a maximum penalty of life in federal prison.
