Joshua Sneed, Possession of Stolen Money, West Virginia 2024

BLUEFIELD, W.Va. – Joshua Sneed, 35, of Bluefield, Virginia, was sentenced today to five years of federal probation, including six months on home detention, and ordered to pay $120,322.10 in restitution for possession of stolen money.

Sneed, who worked as a title clerk for an automotive sales and service business in Bluefield, West Virginia, was caught altering a transaction to hide his theft of $37,761 from the sale of a 2008 Bentley Continental. Johnston announcing the sentence and commending their work. Senior United States District Judge David A. Faber imposed the sentence, while Assistant United States Attorney Jonathan T.
