A brutal crime has resulted in a significant sentence for a Wagner, South Dakota, man. Xavier Zephier, age 26, was found guilty of Aggravated Sexual Abuse as a result of a federal jury trial in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on March 5, 2019.
