Yankton Man Accused of Running Massive Methamphetamine Ring
A shocking indictment has been revealed in Yankton, South Dakota, as 42-year-old Richard Allen Schaefer is accused of leading a vast methamphetamine distribution conspiracy.
According to sources, Schaefer was indicted by a federal grand jury on July 9, 2013, for conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, a charge that carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years and a maximum penalty of life in prison and/or a $10 million fine.
