Robert Carl Ward, Methamphetamine Trafficking, Oklahoma 2024

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – Robert Carl Ward, age 68, of Vian, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to a federal drug crime in the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Ward, a Sequoyah County resident, has admitted to possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it to others.

The charges against Ward arose from an investigation conducted by the Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. According to authorities, Ward knowingly and intentionally possessed over 575 grams of methamphetamine on January 2, 2024, with the intent to distribute it.

The indictment filed against Ward alleges that he knowingly and intentionally possessed methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it.
