United States Attorney Thomas E. Delahanty II announced that Ronald Boersma, 38, of Brewer, Maine, has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography in a gritty U.S. District Court proceeding.

Andrew McCormack, Assistant United States Attorney, emphasized that Boersma’s sentence will be determined after completion of a presentence investigation report by the U.S. Probation Office.
This harrowing case has been meticulously investigated by the Maine State Police Computer Crimes Unit and the U.S. Secret Service, ensuring that justice is served for the vulnerable victims involved.
