Dominic Steven Redday, age 43, was found guilty of Abusive Sexual Contact and sentenced by U.S. District Judge Charles B. Kornmann on August 30, 2021.

According to court documents, Redday knowingly engaged in, and attempted to engage in, sexual contacts with a young female victim between April 2011 and 2012. At the time of the abuse, the victim was just 12 years old.
