Milton Edilberto Escoto-Galindo, a 44-year-old Honduran native, was found in the United States on June 26, 2026, despite being previously removed to Honduras on January 27, 2012. He was indicted on July 16, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana, for illegal reentry of a previously removed alien. Escoto-Galindo’s reentry is a violation of Title 8, United States Code, Section 1326(a), and he faces serious consequences for his actions.
