Fatherless and Daughter Duo Sentenced for Swindling Fort Chaffee
A shocking case of mother-daughter swindling has come to an end in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Amanda Komp, 39, and her mother Tammy McCullough, 58, have been sentenced to a combined seven years in federal prison for their roles in a bank fraud scheme.

The FBI investigated the case, which involved 68 checks totaling $53,000 issued to Triple M Enterprises between December 26, 2017, and September 3, 2019. Several of the checks and purchase orders contained forged signatures, and the services claimed to have been provided were not actually rendered.
U.S. Attorney David Clay Fowlkes announced the sentencing, which was the result of a joint effort by the FBI and Assistant U.S. Attorneys Kenneth Elser and Bryan Achorn.
