Amy S. Lambert-Shuster, Aiding and Abetting the Unlawful Transfer of a Machinegun, West Virginia 2020

A Clarksville, Ohio woman was sentenced to 12 months and one day of incarceration for her role in transferring a machinegun in Ritchie County, West Virginia.

Amy S. Lambert-Shuster, 41, admitted to transferring an AR15-type firearm in January 2019 as part of her guilty plea to one count of ‘Aiding and Abetting the Unlawful Transfer of a Machinegun’ in September 2020.

Lambert-Shuster’s sentencing took place on an undisclosed date in the U.S. District Court in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Senior U.S. District Judge Irene M. Keeley presided over the case.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen L. Vogrin prosecuted the case on behalf of the government. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives investigated the matter.
