Andrew Tyler Blankenship, 38, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to one count of Possession of Ammunition After Conviction of a Misdemeanor Crime of Domestic Violence, a federal crime punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
