Florida Man Indicted for Possession of 14 Pounds of Methamphetamine

Warwick, Rhode Island – In a shocking turn of events, a federal grand jury in Rhode Island has returned an indictment charging Andrew Urbano Perez, 34, of Florida, with possession with intent to distribute approximately 14 pounds of methamphetamine.
