Aric J. Stutler Lands 84 Months in Prison for Unlawful Firearm Possession

CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA – In a shocking turn of events, Aric J. Stutler, 38, of Mount Clare, West Virginia, was sentenced to 84 months in prison for illegally possessing a firearm.

Stutler’s troubles began last year when authorities discovered the 38-year-old Mount Clare resident in possession of a .22 caliber pistol in Harrison County, West Virginia. This illicit firearm was discovered despite Stutler’s previous conviction for ‘Armed Bank Robbery’ in Ohio.
