Greene pleaded guilty on October 31, 2024, to three counts of attempted second-degree burglary. He was arrested on July 19, 2024, while driving a getaway vehicle after his third burglary.
According to the government’s evidence, Greene’s burglaries occurred on July 10, 2024, July 12, 2024, and July 16, 2024. In each case, Greene carried empty bags into the store and filled them with merchandise before fleeing in a getaway car.
