A massive federal investigation has taken down a notorious open-air drug market in West Baltimore, indicting 14 men for their roles in selling fentanyl, heroin, and crack cocaine. The suspects, including Walter Epps, 41, and Luther Amos, 54, operated multiple "street shops" in the 1800 blocks of North Carey and Woodyear Streets, where they peddled their deadly wares to unsuspecting buyers.
