A 40-year-old woman from Washington, D.C. has been indicted on a felony second-degree theft charge after allegedly stealing merchandise from a CVS store in Northeast D.C. Bianca Jackson, of Washington, D.C., was charged with one count of felony second-degree theft following an incident on April 18, 2024.
According to the government’s evidence, Jackson entered a CVS store in Northeast D.C. and loaded a wagon with store merchandise before leaving without paying. She was apprehended shortly after Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a call for service at the scene.
