The indictment, handed down on January 21, 2015, alleges that Ghost Dog sold items belonging to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Distribution Program, and kept the money for her personal gain between May 2006 and September 2013.
The maximum penalty upon conviction is 10 years imprisonment and/or a $250,000 fine, 3 years of supervised release, and a $100 assessment to the Federal Crime Victims’ Fund. Restitution may also be ordered.
