Brandon Scott Hagedorn, Possessing Ammunition as a Felon, Iowa 2021

A 57-month prison sentence was handed down to Brandon Scott Hagedorn, a 26-year-old Davenport resident, for his involvement in a violent altercation at the Daisy Dooks Gentlemen Club on April 30, 2021.

According to reports, Davenport police officers responded to the club after shots were fired in the parking lot. Surveillance video captured a group of males engaged in a physical altercation, after which one individual, later identified as Hagedorn, shot at a vehicle leaving the premises.

Law enforcement collected one live round of ammunition and seven spent shell casings at the scene, but the firearm used in the shooting was never recovered.

Following an investigation, Hagedorn was identified as the shooter through surveillance video, witness reports, social media, and location data.

Brandon Scott Hagedorn, a convicted felon, was sentenced to 57 months in prison for possessing ammunition, as stated in the sentencing order on November 28, 2022.

Following his imprisonment, Hagedorn was ordered to serve three years of supervised release.

U.S. Attorney Richard D. Westphal of the Southern District of Iowa announced the sentencing. The Davenport Police Department led the investigation into the case.
