□ Child Pornography and Enticement Charges Filed Against Arkansas Man

BUFFALO, N.Y. – A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging Brayden Storey, 22, of West Fork, Arkansas, with two counts of production and attempted production of child pornography, which carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years in prison and a maximum of 30 years, and one count of enticement of a minor, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life.

The indictment alleges that Storey coerced a 13-year-old minor victim to engage in sexually explicit conduct and created visual depictions of the conduct between October 2023 and April 2024. The two met online in September 2022, when the victim was 13 and Storey was 19 years old. They communicated on social media and text messages, with Storey making sexual comments that significantly increased over time.

The West Seneca Police Department, under the direction of Chief Brian Cosgrove, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, under the direction of Special Agent-in-Charge Philip Tejera, investigated the case. Additional assistance was provided by the Little Rock Office of the FBI, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, the Arkansas State Police, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Devon Still, with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Western District of Arkansas.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Maeve E. Huggins is handling the case. The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and Storey is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Production and attempted production of child pornography carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years in prison and a maximum of 30 years, while enticement of a minor carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life.

A trial date has not been set. The case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York.
