Brittany Ellen Flint, Methamphetamine Distribution, West Virginia 2022

Grimy Times has learned that a Fayette County woman has been caught and convicted of distributing methamphetamine in West Virginia.

According to official documents, Brittany Ellen Flint, 32, of Fayetteville, admitted to selling approximately 6.893 grams of methamphetamine to a confidential informant on January 10, 2022, in Oak Hill.

Flint pleaded guilty in a federal court hearing held on Thursday and is scheduled to be sentenced on July 20, 2022. If convicted, Flint faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

The investigation into Flint’s activities was led by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force, and the Oak Hill Police Department. U.S. Attorney Will Thompson praised the agencies involved in the case.
