CHARLESTON, W.Va. – A Charleston man has taken a significant step towards his downfall after pleading guilty to cocaine distribution. Jason Edward D’Arco, 40, sold a total of almost three-quarters of a pound of cocaine to a confidential informant on four occasions in January and February 2020.

The shocking discovery was made after a thorough investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Charleston Police Department, with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) providing assistance during the probe.

The illicit transactions reportedly took place at Jimmy John’s sandwich shop in Charleston and D’Arco’s residence. These heinous actions have now led to D’Arco facing the full force of the law.
