Jackson, 53, was ordered by the Second Judicial Circuit Court to pay $200.00 per month for his child, commencing July 1, 1997. However, Jackson failed to make a single payment since May of 2010.
According to court documents, Jackson was indicted by a federal grand jury on August 14, 2012 for failing to pay over $29,706.00 in past due child support.
