Michael Blazo, Child Pornography Manufacturing, Pennsylvania 2022

⏱ 2 min read

A 22-year-old Montgomery County man, Michael Blazo, has pleaded guilty to manufacturing child pornography. Blazo, from Schwenksville, PA, was charged with enticing 10 minor victims to engage in sexually explicit conduct online. The crimes took place between late 2021 and 2022, with Blazo posing as a teenager to gain his victims’ trust. He directed the girls to call him ‘master’ or ‘mommy’ and demanded they produce sexual images, sometimes threatening to disseminate previous images if they refused.

The FBI launched an investigation after a 12-year-old girl in Ohio reported sending child pornography to a stranger she met online. Agents executed a search warrant at Blazo’s house in April 2022, seizing devices that revealed dozens of minors he had corresponded with online. The investigation confirmed 10 child victims, ranging from 11 to 16 years old, who were coerced into producing child pornography.

Blazo’s abuse escalated over time, with him demanding images that involved obvious pain and showed the victims’ faces. He extorted additional images by threatening to share previous ones online. One child victim pleaded with Blazo, saying she would kill herself if he distributed the images.

Blazo’s guilty plea comes after a thorough investigation by the FBI. His sentencing is pending, and he faces severe consequences for his heinous crimes. The case highlights the importance of law enforcement efforts to combat child exploitation and protect vulnerable minors from online predators.
