Juarez Sanchez-Montiel, a 41-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, committed heinous crimes against two children under the age of 13 in Montgomery County, North Carolina. The abuse, which started on May 1, 2016, and continued until September 11, 2023, resulted in the birth of two children. Sanchez-Montiel was also found guilty of immigration fraud after submitting false statements to obtain a U-Visa in November 2021.

Sanchez-Montiel’s crimes were uncovered, and he was indicted by a grand jury on December 11, 2023. He was later convicted of statutory rape of a child 15 years of age or younger, statutory sex offense with a child 15 years of age or younger, and two counts of sex act by substitute parent or custodian.
