A veteran with a disability was allegedly kicked out of a Warner Robins Church’s Chicken for bringing in his service animal.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Georgia received a complaint about the incident, leading to an investigation.
Church’s Chicken #749 at 1801 Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins was accused of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act by excluding the veteran and his service animal.
The company has agreed to adopt a new service animal policy, provide employee training, and pay a $2,000 civil penalty.
