William Kisor, Attempted Coercion and Enticement, Ohio 2025

⏱ 2 min read

A 57-year-old Columbus man with a history of child sex crimes was sentenced to over 30 years in prison after he tried to coerce and entice minors online, targeting what he thought were three young girls.

William Kisor, a repeat offender, was already on supervised release when he began chatting with an undercover agent posing as the mother of the minors in 2012.

For months, Kisor described in graphic detail the sex acts he wanted to commit on the fictional daughters, whom he believed were 8 and 14 years old.

He eventually met the ‘mother’ at a hotel in Canal Winchester in November 2024, where he was arrested by federal agents.

Kisor pleaded guilty to attempted coercion and enticement in October 2025, capping off a years-long investigation led by ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations.
