Tampa Man Arrested and Charged with Possession of Child Pornography

A federal complaint has been filed against David Kneitel (56, Tampa) for his alleged involvement in a child pornography case. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison.

The arrest was made after a federal search warrant was executed at Kneitel’s residence, revealing numerous images and videos depicting child pornography, including images of prepubescent children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

This case is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with Assistant United States Attorney Jennifer L. Peresie handling the prosecution.

According to the complaint, the preliminary review of Kneitel’s computer revealed numerous images and videos depicting child pornography.
