Derrick Adams, 45, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Faces Multiple Charges
United States Attorney Clint Johnson announced the results of the February Federal Grand Jury 2024-A Indictments, which include charges against Derrick Adams.
Adams is charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, and Maintaining a Drug-Involved Premises.
According to the indictment, Adams, a 45-year-old Tulsa resident, is accused of possessing a firearm while knowing he was previously convicted of a felony.
He is also charged with knowingly possessing marijuana with intent to distribute and maintaining a residence for the purpose of drug distribution.
The Drug Enforcement Administration and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics are the investigative agencies.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Attila Bogdan is prosecuting the case, with a case number of 25-CR-036.
