Eddy Antonio Perdomo, a 32-year-old Dominican national, has been indicted for illegally reentering the United States after being deported. Perdomo, who was living in Lawrence, Massachusetts, allegedly snuck back into the country without permission after being removed in September 2025. This isn’t Perdomo’s first run-in with the law – he previously pleaded guilty to unlawful reentry in July 2025 and served four months in prison before being deported.
Perdomo’s latest indictment could result in serious consequences, including up to 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $250,000.
