In a shocking turn of events, 39-year-old Hagerstown, Maryland resident Dominick Mickens has been sentenced to 63 months of incarceration for his role in a major drug trafficking operation in West Virginia.
Mickens pleaded guilty in August 2022 to one count of Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute and to Distribute Heroin, Fentanyl, Cocaine Base, and Cocaine Hydrochloride. This heinous crime was committed from August 2020 to June 2021 in Berkeley County and elsewhere.
