The suspects, including Gary ‘Rooster’ Ransom, Daniel Baker, Madeline Tonos, Patrick Smith, Valerie Ingram, Joshua Fulton, Londyn Todd, and Merrick Smith, were taken into custody on March 25, 2026, after a federal grand jury returned separate indictments.
