A drunk driver who’d been deported from the US three times before was sentenced to 30 months in prison for re-entering the country.

Cesar Daniel Reyes-Rodriguez, a 38-year-old Mexican national, was arrested on April 26, 2025, in North Las Vegas for his fourth DUI since 2016.

He’d previously been convicted of three DUIs, including one felony, and had also been convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and re-entry after deportation.

Reyes-Rodriguez had been deported from the US on three prior occasions: June 25, 2019, October 18, 2019, and June 23, 2023.

After serving his prison sentence, he’ll be deported to Mexico for a fourth time.
