Dwayne Paige, Distribution of Fentanyl and Heroin, West Virginia 2021

A Martinsburg man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for his role in a heroin and fentanyl trafficking operation.

Dwayne Paige, 48, pleaded guilty in September 2021 to one count of ‘Distribution of Fentanyl and Heroin.’

According to court documents, Paige admitted to selling heroin and fentanyl in December 2018 in Berkeley County, West Virginia.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy D. Helman on behalf of the government, with the Washington County, Maryland Task Force conducting the investigation.

U.S. District Judge Gina M. Groh presided over the case.

The sentencing hearing took place on Tuesday, and Paige was given a prison term of 120 months. This is the outcome for the defendant in this case.
