A 42-year-old Lower Brule man is behind bars, charged with involuntary manslaughter after a deadly crash on July 26, 2020.

Eugene Skunk, a resident of Lower Brule, South Dakota, was indicted by a federal grand jury on September 9, 2020, for his alleged role in the fatal accident.
