Fabio Rondon-Jose, a.k.a. "Cesar Rodriguez," a.k.a. "Noel Rodriguez Mendoza," Charged with Illegal Reentry in Philadelphia
Fabio Rondon-Jose, a 46-year-old native of the Dominican Republic and resident of Philadelphia, has been charged with illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
According to the indictment, Rondon-Jose, who was found in the United States on or about August 21, 2014, had previously been deported on November 30, 2005. If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of twenty years in prison.
The case was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Matthew J.D. Hogan.
Rondon-Jose, whose real names are Fabio Rondon-Jose, a.k.a. "Cesar Rodriguez," a.k.a. "Noel Rodriguez Mendoza," is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
An indictment is merely an accusation. The defendant’s guilt must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
