Razhane Harrison, 31, of Pensacola, Florida, has been accused of arming a convicted felon, Marcellous Likely-McWilliams III, with a Glock 9-millimeter pistol. The alleged transfer occurred in Pensacola, where Likely-McWilliams III was already facing charges for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Harrison’s indictment is the result of a joint investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives and the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office. The case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative to combat violent crime and transnational criminal organizations.
Harrison appeared in federal court for her arraignment before United States Magistrate Judge Hope T. Cannon in Pensacola, Florida. Her jury trial is scheduled for September 8, 2026, at 8:00 am before United States District Judge M. Casey Rodgers. If convicted, Harrison faces up to 15 years in prison.
The case against Harrison highlights the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to prevent the spread of illegal firearms and reduce violent crime in communities.
