A Cohoes man has been charged with producing child pornography in a superseding indictment.

According to the indictment, George Muzio, Jr., 36, of Cohoes, New York, produced child pornography featuring two child victims in 2014 and 2015.

The Court may also impose a fine of up to $250,000, and must impose a term of post-imprisonment supervised release of at least 5 years and up to life.
