Glenn Jerome Bradley, 61, Sentenced to 46 Months in Prison for Drug Trafficking in Pennsylvania

HARRISBURG – In a major blow to the illicit drug trade in Pennsylvania, Glenn Jerome Bradley, a 61-year-old resident of New Park, has been sentenced to 46 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute powder and crack cocaine.

According to Acting United States Attorney John C. Gurganus, Bradley was observed traveling from his home in Pennsylvania to a location in Maryland on February 27, 2020, where he conducted a drug transaction. Police officers stopped Bradley’s vehicle and recovered distribution quantities of crack and powder cocaine from his person.

Following the traffic stop, officers executed a search warrant on Bradley’s home, where they discovered additional distribution quantities of powder and crack cocaine, over $20,000 in cash, a loaded handgun, and drug distribution paraphernalia in his master bedroom closet.

The case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations, the Baltimore County Drug Task Force, and the Pennsylvania State Police. Assistant U.S. Attorney David C. Williams prosecuted the case.

This case is part of Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN), a program aimed at reducing violent crime and gun violence in communities across the nation. The program brings together all levels of law enforcement and the communities they serve to make neighborhoods safer for everyone.

On May 26, 2021, the U.S. government launched a violent crime reduction strategy strengthening PSN based on the following core principles: fostering trust and legitimacy in communities, supporting community-based organizations that help prevent violence, setting focused and strategic enforcement priorities, and measuring the results.

Glenn Jerome Bradley’s sentence serves as a stark reminder of the consequences of engaging in illicit drug trafficking. As our communities continue to grapple with the devastating effects of the opioid epidemic, it is imperative that we hold individuals accountable for their actions and work towards creating safer neighborhoods for all.
