PENSACOLA, FLORIDA – Teodoro Rodriguez-Alvarez, 34, a citizen of Mexico, is facing federal charges after a July 15th incident on the Pensacola Bay Bridge. Rodriguez-Alvarez was arrested not only for driving under the influence, but also for the illegal possession of a firearm, a charge brought forth by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida.
According to court documents, Gulf Breeze Police Department officers discovered Rodriguez-Alvarez slumped over the wheel of a pickup truck stopped in the emergency lane of the bridge.
